Welcome to CoachFlow. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CoachFlow mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
CoachFlow provides a subscription-based software solution designed to assist soccer coaches in session planning. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify CoachFlow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including but not limited to soccer drills, diagrams, practice structures, and AI-generated session layouts, are the exclusive property of CoachFlow or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal coaching purposes and within your immediate team environment.
4. Subscription & Payments
Access to professional features requires a recurring subscription fee. Billing is handled through the respective platform stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Limitation of Liability
CoachFlow provides session templates for educational purposes. We do not guarantee player performance or safety. Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted based on CoachFlow drills are safe, age-appropriate, and supervised by qualified personnel.
